Flake coating questions
Most standard 2- and 3-car garages are completed in a single day. Our polyaspartic system cures fast enough that you can walk on the floor that evening and park your vehicles back on it within 24 hours.
Epoxy is a proven, budget-friendly coating with a glossy finish, but it can yellow in sunlight and is more prone to hot-tire lifting. Polyaspartic is a newer, UV-stable resin that cures faster, bonds stronger, and resists hot tires, chemicals, and abrasion better — which is why it's our most popular system.
Not when it's installed correctly. The number one cause of failure is poor prep. We diamond-grind every slab to open the concrete pores so the coating mechanically bonds, rather than just rolling product onto a sealed surface. Our polyaspartic systems are specifically rated to resist hot-tire pickup and are backed by a lifetime adhesion warranty.
