FAQ

Epoxy coating questions

Epoxy is a proven, budget-friendly coating with a glossy finish, but it can yellow in sunlight and is more prone to hot-tire lifting. Polyaspartic is a newer, UV-stable resin that cures faster, bonds stronger, and resists hot tires, chemicals, and abrasion better — which is why it's our most popular system.

Yes. Every Platinum Garage Floors installation is backed by a lifetime adhesion warranty against peeling and delamination for as long as you own your home. The warranty is in writing and included with your installation.

Absolutely. We mechanically remove failing coatings, fill and repair cracks and pitting with a structural patch, and prep the slab back to a sound surface before coating. Restoring a damaged or previously coated floor is one of the most common jobs we do.

Most 2-car garages fall between $1,800 and $3,500 depending on the coating system, the condition of your concrete, and any crack or moisture repairs needed. We provide a firm, written quote up front with no hidden fees — request a free estimate and we'll give you an exact price.
