Most standard 2- and 3-car garages are completed in a single day. Our polyaspartic system cures fast enough that you can walk on the floor that evening and park your vehicles back on it within 24 hours.
Epoxy is a proven, budget-friendly coating with a glossy finish, but it can yellow in sunlight and is more prone to hot-tire lifting. Polyaspartic is a newer, UV-stable resin that cures faster, bonds stronger, and resists hot tires, chemicals, and abrasion better — which is why it's our most popular system.

Absolutely. We mechanically remove failing coatings, fill and repair cracks and pitting with a structural patch, and prep the slab back to a sound surface before coating. Restoring a damaged or previously coated floor is one of the most common jobs we do.
